Head-On Crash at Highway 49 and Beverlynn Lane; Sedan and Truck
LOCATION: San Andreas, Calaveras County
DATE OF COLLISION: Monday, September 10th
September 10, 2018 – A traffic collision involving a big rig occurred Monday afternoon on Highway 49 at Beverlynn Lane.
According to the California Highway Patrol group, a logging truck and a small gray sedan were involved in the accident.
Possible Fatality Monday in San Andreas Car Accident
Shortly after 5:51 p.m., at least one land ambulance responded to the crash site and rendered aid to the parties found at the scene. Authorities mentioned an individual was found lying on the road and that person appeared to be lifeless.
The CHP have not yet confirmed fatality in the accident.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine exactly what triggered the collision.
