SAN BERNARDINO, California (January 14, 2015) – Two people were hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after two separate collisions involving five drivers on the eastbound Interstate 10 Freeway, just west of Alabama Street, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
The two crashes were reported about 12:01 p.m. between the drivers of a gold vehicle, a Ford F-150 pickup truck, a Nissan Versa and two other cars. One of the vehicles went over the side of the embankment and possibly rolled over, the report said. Paramedics transported two people with minor injuries to a local hospital. One of the collisions had no injuries, just property damage.
Police are heading up an investigation into the crash to determine liability.
