Victim Fatally Struck by Vehicle on San Bernardino (215) Freeway Friday
San Bernardino, CA (August 20, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a deadly pedestrian accident that occurred on Interstate 215, also known as San Bernardino Freeway.
According to the CHP dispatch, a vehicle struck a male party in the southbound side of the freeway. The horrible crash took place near Highland Avenue ramp in San Bernardino.

Emergency crews arrived at the site shortly after 10:12 p.m. First responders found a man lying in the slow lane of the interstate. Despite life-saving measures, the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries and died. Police continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
The CHP log mentioned a white Dodge Charger, and a black Volkswagen Jetta pulled over near the crash site. Detectives continue to investigate at this time the precise circumstances that led to the deadly pedestrian accident on San Bernardino (215) Freeway.
