At Least 1 Killed in Traffic Collision on Riverside Freeway Saturday
San Bernardino, CA (September 11, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a deadly road accident that occurred on the Interstate 210, also known as Riverside Freeway.
Initial records indicated a semi truck and a silver Nissan LEAF collided in the southbound side of the freeway near Devore Road. The horrible crash took place shortly after 1:40 a.m.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found a third automobile involved in the incident–a Toyota Prius. The CHP dispatch mentioned the two passenger vehicles sustained major damage due to the force from the impact.

Responding medical personnel immediately rendered aid to all people with injuries. After the evaluation, officials confirmed one person sadly died as a result of the collision.
Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the fatal accident on Riverside (210) Freeway.
