At Least 1 Hurt in Traffic Collision on Foothill Freeway at Highland Avenue Friday
San Bernardino, CA (July 17, 2021) – On July 16, Friday, a suspected hit-and-run crash occurred on Interstate 210 in San Bernardino.
According to the California Highway Patrol group, a semi truck collided with a passenger vehicle in the eastbound side of Foothill Freeway. The accident took place near the intersection of Arden and Highland Avenue.
CHP logged the incident around 1:20 p.m.
First responders found the passenger vehicle, a gray Toyota car, left at the scene. Paramedics then checked the conditions of all the occupants in the Toyota. After the evaluation, officials confirmed at least one person sustained injuries in the collision. The name of the victim, and the extent of their trauma have not been discussed thus far.

Meanwhile, authorities mentioned the truck fled the scene before police arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
