Taxi Hits Woman Near Del Rosa Avenue Saturday
San Bernardino, CA (December 21, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered injuries following a suspected hit-and-run collision that occurred on Interstate 210, also known as Foothill Freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a taxi struck a female party in the eastbound side of I-210. The collision took place inside of a crosswalk near Del Rosa Avenue in San Bernardino.
Primary reports indicated the woman was left lying on the ground; while the taxi apparently fled the scene.

Shortly after 10:02 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the scene. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to the injured pedestrian. Our sources mentioned the woman sustained severe injuries, and required transport to the hospital for further treatment. The name of the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives handling the case continue to gather information on the hit-and-run suspect. Further investigation is ongoing on the pedestrian accident on Interstate 210 in San Bernardino.
