SAN BERNARDINO, California (September 15, 2015) — A semi-tractor trailer truck operated by UPS jackknifed Tuesday morning allegedly causing a 3-vehicle crash on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway at Glen Helen Parkway, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported at 11:39 a.m. when the truck spent and hit the center divider in a construction area and ran over cones. Two other vehicles were involved including a white Jeep. Paramedics responded to the scene to help anyone who was injured and Desert Valley Tow removed the disabled vehicles from the scene.
An investigation to determine liability is underway by the CHP.
“Hopefully there were no injuries involved, but if you are hurt it’s important to get immediate medical attention and ongoing care for the best possible outcome,” said Attorney James Johnson. “Delaying medical treatment can hurt your potential legal claim.”
