SAN BERNARDINO, California (September 22, 2015) — Betty Deery, 87, was injured in a car accident Tuesday morning involving at least two drivers on the southbound Interstate 215 Freeway at Inland Center Drive, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash involved the drivers of a black Chevrolet Malibu and a tan Chevrolet van. The parties involved exchanged information at the scene, but an elderly woman ended up requiring transportation to the St. Bernardine Urgent Care where she was treated for unknown injuries following the crash.
A police investigation into liability for the accident is underway.
