SAN BERNARDINO: Woman Injured in Car Accident on 210 Freeway
SAN BERNARDINO, California (July 17, 2014) — A woman suffered a shoulder injury Thursday morning in a two-vehicle traffic accident on the westbound Interstate 210 Foothill Freeway at the State Route 259, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
About 8:33 a.m., CHP officers responded to the crash and the two drivers moved their vehicles off the freeway to a location near Michael’s Burgers at 940 West Highland.
A woman who was driving the black Lexus involved in the crash told police she had a shoulder injury. The San Bernardino Fire Department sent paramedics to assist the injured woman, but the report did not indicate whether she was transported to a hospital or not.

Nineteen people were killed and 888 injured in 2011 traffic accidents in Moreno Valley, according to the latest statistics provided by the California Highway Patrol’s Statewide Integrated Traffic Report. Additionally, there were 209 people killed and 7,671 injured in crashes throughout San Bernardino County in 2011, the report said.
