SAN BRUNO, California (December 21, 2016) — At least one person was hospitalized Wednesday morning in a multi-vehicle collision on the eastbound Interstate 380 Freeway, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported to the CHP about 8:26 a.m. this morning near the Interstate 280 Freeway northbound transition. The crash was blocking the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the freeway.
As many as five vehicles were involved in the collision including a silver Volkswagen that suffered moderate rear-end damage. The vehicle was towed away along with a white full-sized van.
Paramedics responded and transported at least one person with minor injuries to a local hospital. The crash remains under investigation by police to determine liability.
