3 Possibly Hospitalized After Collision on San Diego Freeway Saturday
San Clemente, CA (June 19, 2021) – A car accident that occurred on Interstate 5, also known as San Diego Freeway, possibly caused injuries to several people, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Our sources indicated two vehicles collided in the northbound side of the freeway near a checkpoint stopover. Authorities identified the cars found at the scene as a white sedan, and a gray sedan.

Shortly after 3:15 a.m., medical personnel arrived and checked the conditions of all parties involved in the crash. The dispatch mentioned three people sustained injuries as a result of the incident. Ambulances were reportedly called to the scene, but it was not immediately clear whether all three victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate exactly how and why the car accident in San Clemente happened.
