One Hurt in 15 Freeway Crash in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (May 10, 2018) — At least one person was injured early Thursday morning in a crash on the Interstate 15 Freeway at the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard off ramp, according to On Scene TV.
The crash took place about 1:50 a.m. this morning in the northbound lanes. Two drivers, one in a gray Land Rover and one in a Honda CRV, collided in the middle lanes of the freeway. Paramedics responded and transported the driver of the Land Rover to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The other driver did not report any immediate injuries.
The California Highway Patrol is heading up the investigation.
Fatal Crash Investigation
There are many unanswered questions about what led to the crash and liability. We do not know whether any of the drivers were violating traffic laws by speeding or driving under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. The drivers of one or both of these vehicles could be held responsible for the injuries to the victim. Under shared liability, a victim who is hurt will have to share the cost of their losses with the other party. Indeed, there are important steps that should be taken to protect your legal rights and ensure you are fairly compensated for all of your losses.
