SAN DIEGO (March 31, 2016)- According to KESQ.com, seven people were injured when a Hornblower whale-watching boat crashed into a dock at the Embarcadero Thursday afternoon.
At around 1:00 p.m., the ship’s throttle became stuck in the forward position and it struck a dock near Harbor Drive injuring seven of the passengers on board.
Each of the seven injured parties required medical assistance and were treated at the scene.
It remains unclear if anyone was transported to local area medical centers.
More information will be made available once the investigation concludes.
