2 Hospitalized After Collision Near 15 Freeway
San Diego, CA (October 1, 2022) – Two people suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on State Route Highway 94, the FOX5 News reported.
Our sources indicated two vehicles collided in the eastbound side of the highway. Preliminary investigation revealed two cars were traveling at a high rate of the speed on the San Diego highway. In the area near Intestate 15, the drive of the Infiniti sedan lost control of their car. The Infiniti sedan then veered off the right shoulder of the freeway, and drove up an embankment.
Shortly after 2 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the site and found the Infiniti sedan overturned in the middle of the highway.
Major Car Accident on State Route 94 in San Diego
Responding firefighters pulled out the driver and passenger from the wrecked sedan. An ambulance then transported the two patients to the hospital for treatment, and further evaluation. Personal information on the victims remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the collision that happened on State route 94 in San Diego.
