Major Injury 2-Car Crash on the I-805 Freeway in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (June 13, 2022) — A crash in San Diego happened Monday morning on the Interstate 805 Freeway near the Interstate 8 Freeway in San Diego County.
The two-vehicle traffic accident occurred on the northbound side of the I-805 about 5:24 a.m. on June 13th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a white pickup truck and a black Honda Civic collided due to unknown circumstances. The pickup truck overturned onto its roof.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help the injured. At least one person suffered major injuries in the San Diego crash.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed both of the vehicles for evidence.
It’s unknown if any charges will be filed against whichever motorist caused the crash.
