Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian on Interstate 8 Thursday
San Diego, CA (September 9, 2021) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred Thursday on the Interstate 8 Freeway, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.
Our sources indicated a vehicle struck a male party on the freeway just west of Hotel Circle in San Diego. According to the article published online, the automobile involved in the catastrophic incident was a Ford sedan.
Authorities said they received a report of the crash shortly after 5:10 a.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to the pedestrian. Paramedics reportedly performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
