Pedestrian Killed in San Diego Car Accident at 47th and Franklin
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Sept. 4, 2018) — A 59-year-old man was killed Monday night in a car accident at 200 South 47th Street in the Lincoln Park community, according to a report by the San Diego Police Department.
The collision was reported about 7:53 p.m. on Labor Day. The victim had been crossing the roadway when they were struck by the vehicle.
The traffic division is heading up an investigation into the collision to determine fault.
