If a negligent driver caused a collision that left you and or a loved one injured, you may have grounds for a personal injury claim.
Serious injuries may require months of medical care and physical therapy, but compounding this pain and suffering is the onslaught of bills ranging from medical costs to lost wages. It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is at fault. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
