3-Vehicle Crash State Route 67 in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Oct. 13, 2021) — A San Diego head-on crash happened Wednesday morning on State Route 67 at Scripps Poway Parkway.

The traffic accident happened about 10:05 a.m. on Oct. 13th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The drivers of a white GMC Sierra 2500 pickup truck, a blue sedan and a third vehicle collided on SR-67 when one of the vehicles veered into the path of the other two motorists. The vehicles blocked the north and southbound lanes of SR-67 following the crash.

One person suffered injuries in the collision and police called for paramedics.

Paramedics responded to help those who were hurt including a person with minor injuries. They transported the injured person to a hospital. The person’s age and gender is unknown at this time.

Investigators seek to determine liability for the San Diego crash on State Route 67.
