3 Injured After Motorcyclist Hits Pedestrians at 4th Avenue and F Street

January 27, 2019 – Three people were injured following a hit-and-run collision in the area of 4th Avenue and F Street Saturday morning, according to Fox News.
As per the article, a man was seen doing a wheelie on his 2014 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle with a passenger, a 32-year-old woman. The Harley was heading west in the 400 block of F Street when the operator lost control, causing the female passenger to fall onto the road. Furthermore, the bike reportedly struck two people at the corner of 4th Avenue and F Street.
Responding paramedics transported both the pedestrians, the female passenger to a hospital. Medical records indicated a 21-year-old man suffered a fractured ankle and cut knee and a 55- year-old woman suffered a fractured elbow. Meanwhile, the condition of the passenger remained unclear at this time.
The names of the patients have not been disclosed thus far.

Authorities mentioned the male operator of the Harley ran from the crash and left the motorcycle at the scene.
The San Diego Police Department’s Traffic Division is investigating the crash as a hit-and-run case.
