Most traffic accidents which involve a driver who flees the scene can be subjected to serious criminal charges, especially when a particular crash results in damages and trauma to another person. Such circumstances are considered as “felony hit-and-run.” We hope the hit-and-run motorist in this specific incident will be located soon, and justice will then be served.
