At this time, it appears that the driver in the Nissan violated the right-of-way for the motorcyclist and caused injuries to two people.
We extend our heartfelt prayers to all those hurt in this traffic accident.
There are many steps that should be taken following a collision, but if you were injured the first step should be to obtain medical help. A police report will be necessary to file an insurance claim against the at-fault driver who caused the collision, but don’t wait to get one before you take steps to protect your legal rights. Keep in mind that many insurance companies will fight these claims, especially when a motorcyclist is involved.
