Major Injury Car Versus Motorcycle Crash on I-5 Freeway
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (March 30, 2023) — A two-vehicle motorcycle accident happened Thursday on the Interstate 5 Freeway, just north of 28th Street.
A motorcycle and a white Honda Accord collided around 5:25 a.m. on March 30th in the slow lane of the northbound I-5 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
It’s unknown at this time what led up to the traffic accident. Paramedics responded and rushed the injured rider to a hospital to be treated for major injuries.
A tow truck removed the motorcycle from the roadway.
Meanwhile, investigators are heading up an investigation into liability for the San Diego motorcycle accident on the 5 Freeway.
