Pedestrian Seriously Injured in San Diego Crash at Market Street and Euclid Avenue
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 10, 2021) – A pedestrian was seriously injured after an accident at Market Street and Euclid Avenue in San Diego.
According to an article published by the San Diego Union-Tribune, the incident occurred on Saturday night. Officers reported the crash shortly before 9:30 p.m.
Police said a vehicle struck a female pedestrian for an unknown reason. She was crossing the intersection of Market Street and Euclid Avenue in San Diego when the driver hit her.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene. They found the person suffering from serious head injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to the hospital for treatment. Officials did not release her name and condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police did not mention if the motorist involved stopped after hitting the victim. Officers soon forced the intersection of Market and Euclid to close following the pedestrian crash.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the collision.
