Hit-and-run Pedestrian Collision at Orange Ave and 49th Street
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Nov. 29, 2022) — A hit-and-run driver struck a pedestrian in an accident at Orange Avenue and 49th Street in San Diego.
The collision occurred about 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29th, according to a 911 report to the San Diego Police Department.
Police responded and located the injured pedestrian, but the driver had fled.
The condition of the person hit by the vehicle is unknown at this time.
Investigators are piecing together what happened and searching for the suspect.
The crash remains under investigation.
