2 Hurt After Aircraft Accident on Kearny Villa Road Sunday
San Diego, CA (December 14, 2020) – On Sunday, a small plane crashed on Kearny Villa Road, the NBC San Diego reported.
Our sources indicated a single-engine Cessna plane crashed for an unknown reason in the 4200 block Kearny Villa Road. Preliminary investigation revealed the plane experienced a power failure. As a result, the aircraft went into an emergency landing mode and crashed through the fencing onto Kearny Villa Road.
Minor Injury Plane Crash in San Diego, December 13
Shortly after 12:50 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the site. Paramedics found the pilot and the co-pilot, then rendered aid to them.
Officials later confirmed two people suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. The names of the injured parties and their conditions at this time remained undisclosed.
Additional details on the accident have not been revealed thus far. Given that, investigators handling the case continue to work to determine liability in the plane crash in San Diego.
