2 Injured in Collision Near San Fernando Mission Boulevard
San Fernando, CA (May 22, 2023) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Interstate 5, also known as Golden State Freeway.
Work Truck vs. Fire Engine on I-5 in San Fernando
My News LA published an article online reporting an accident between a work truck and a Los Angeles County Fire Department truck. Earlier reports indicated the work truck slammed into the back of the fire truck. The precise circumstances that led up to the collision remained under investigation.
Shortly after 3:30 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the crash site near San Fernando Mission Boulevard. Responding paramedics rendered aid to two people found suffering in injuries. It remained unclear whether the victims were transferred to the hospital for further treatment.
