Passenger Found Unconscious After 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (September 6, 2024) — A two-vehicle car accident happened Friday morning on Highway 101, near Grand Avenue off ramp in San Francisco.
The traffic accident occurred in southbound lanes at around 9:29 AM on September 6th 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A red sedan and a white minivan collided on Highway 101 in South San Francisco. One person from the red sedan was reported to be unconscious and their vehicle was blocking the off ramp, ceasing the flow of traffic. Two minor injuries were reported by CHP following the crash. Tow trucks were needed on the scene to remove the damaged vehicles from Highway 101.
Paramedics responded and located those with injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the car accident on Highway 101 in San Francisco.
