Teen Passenger Killed in Collision on Hillside Boulevard Tuesday
San Francisco, CA (March 11, 2022) – One passenger died, and another suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Hillside Boulevard.
The CBS News reported two vehicles appeared to be racing each other in the westbound side of Hillside Boulevard. When the two motorists approached the 1200 block of the roadway, one car drifted off the traffic lanes and slammed into a wall and a tree. The force from the impact resulted in significant damage to the car.
Shortly after 8 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found a passenger unconscious. Despite life-saving measures performed by paramedics, the 15-year-old passenger sadly succumbed to their injuries and died.
Authorities added a second adult passenger sustained major trauma as a result of the wreck. The name of the injured party, and their condition at this time have not been discussed thus far.
Driver Arrested After Fatal Car Crash in San Francisco, March 8
Police said they arrested at least one driver on a charge of vehicular manslaughter with negligence. Further investigation is ongoing on the deadly crash on Hillside Boulevard in San Francisco.
