Motorcyclist Killed in San Francisco Crash Near Eddy and Larkin Streets
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 11, 2022) – A motorcyclist was killed after a crash near Eddy and Larkin streets in San Francisco.
According to an article published by the KRON 4 News, the accident took place on Thursday evening. Officers reported the wreck on June 9 at about 6:12 p.m.
San Francisco police said a man riding a motorcycle and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in the Tenderloin neighborhood of the city.
Fatal Wreck in Tenderloin
The two crashed near the intersection of Eddy and Larkin streets. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived and found the rider down on the ground.
Medical personnel soon pronounced the victim dead at the scene. His name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, police added that the other driver stopped and stayed at the site following the incident. Officers forced the area of Eddy and Larkin streets to shut down after the wreck.
The cause of the fatal San Francisco crash is still under investigation.
