At Least 1 Injured After Alleged Hit-and-Run Accident on 280 Freeway

DATE OF COLLISION: Thursday, March 14th
March 14, 2019 – The California Highway Patrol reported a suspected hit-and-run collision that occurred on the Interstate 280 Freeway at Alemany Boulevard.
On Thursday, around 8:43 p.m., a motorcyclist and a Subaru sports vehicle reportedly collided on the northbound lanes of the freeway.

The impact caused the motorcycle rider to be ejected from his bike. Per CHP log, the man suffered what appeared to be major trauma. The name of the patient, and their most recent condition remained unknown.
Meanwhile, officials mentioned the driver who collided with the motorcyclist apparently sped away after the crash.
No additional details have been yet released.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident as a hit-and-run case.
