Alleged Hit-and-Run Motorist, 26, Arrested
The collision occurred at 10:40 p.m. in the area where Columbus Avenue intersects with Stockton and Green streets.
As per the article, the male pedestrian was crossing the street when he was struck by a Chevy sedan. He was transported to a hospital where he was listed in serious condition.
His name was not disclosed.
Meanwhile, the Chevy driver, described only as a 26-year-old man, did not stop to render aid and sped away.
The suspected motorist of the Chevy sedan was later arrested by the authorities.
