SAN FRANCISCO, California (March 26, 2016) – A mother carrying her 6-month-old baby were hospitalized after being struck near the San Francisco border with Daly City on Tuesday morning, according to San Francisco Examiner. (map)
San Francisco police said the 36-year-old woman and her daughter were hit by a Toyota Tacoma pickup near the corner of San Jose Avenue and Goethe Street at about 7 a.m.
As per the article, both were transported to a nearby hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening. The two victims were in a crosswalk at the time.
Their names and condition were not released.
Police added the truck driver, described as 45-year-old man, was not arrested.
