September 6, 2018 – Injuries were reported following an alleged hit-and-run collision in the area where northbound Highway 101 and northbound Interstate 280 Freeway connects.

According to the California Highway Patrol group, a green Kawasaki motorcycle, and a silver Ford Focus were involved in the accident. Primary reports indicated a third vehicle, a white van, was possibly involved in the wreck and apparently left the scene before authorities arrived.
The CHP mentioned the collision resulted in minor injuries, but the names of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
