Motorcyclist Possibly Injured in 80 Freeway Crash at Treasure Island On-Ramp
SAN FRANCISCO (August 9, 2018) – Injuries were reported following a traffic collision on the Interstate 80 Freeway at Treasure Island on-ramp Thursday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a motorcycle and a silver sedan collided on the westbound side of the interstate at 1:52 p.m.
The impact caused the motorcyclist to be thrown off her bike. As per the log, a female rider was reportedly seen lying on the road following the accident.

Officials mentioned a sedan, and a Nissan Pathfinder both stopped at the scene and parties got out of their vehicle. The Good Samaritans reportedly moved the motorcyclist to the left-hand shoulder of the freeway. At this time, the condition of the woman remained unknown.
Meanwhile, no information has been yet disclosed on the name and the whereabouts of the driver who struck the motorcyclist.
