Motorcyclist Injured in San Crash on 80 Freeway Near Pinole Valley Road
SAN FRANCISCO (May 2, 2018) – At least one person was injured in a traffic collision on the Interstate 80 Freeway Wednesday morning.
According to San Francisco Gate, an accident involving a motorcyclist occurred on the interstate near Pinole Valley Road off-ramp at about 5:30 a.m.
Passing motorists who witnessed the incident stopped to help the rider who appeared to be harmed. Medical reports indicated the injured motorcyclist was transported to a hospital for treatment. The name of the patient and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.

Preliminary investigation revealed the traffic accident was caused by the construction in the area. Officials did not immediate disclosed how and why the construction work resulted in the crash.
