San Francisco: Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 280 Near Ocean Avenue

Minor Injury Accident Near Ocean Avenue

San Francisco, CA (October 29, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic collision that occurred on the Interstate 280, the California Highway Patrol group reported.

On October 26, Wednesday, two cars and a motorcycle collided in the southbound side of the freeway near Ocean Avenue offramp. CHP logged the case around 2:57 p.m.

Officials briefly described the cars involved in the wreck as a green pickup, and a gray sedan. Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the make and model of the motorbike found at the scene.

Rider Hurt in Collision on Interstate 280 in San Francisco

When paramedics arrived at the crash site, they checked the conditions of all the occupants in the cars and the rider. The medical evaluation revealed the motorcyclist sustained injuries as a result of the wreck. Due to the condition of the rider, an ambulance transported them to the hospital for further treatment.

Several factors surrounding the incident have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the crash happened on Interstate 280 in San Francisco.
