Man, 30, Injured in San Francisco Hit-and-Run Near 19th Avenue and Junipero Serra
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (August 31, 2021) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash near 19th Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard in San Francisco.
According to an article published by the CBS San Francisco, the accident took place late Monday night. Officers reported the collision at about 11 p.m.
The incident happened on August 30 when a vehicle struck a male pedestrian for an unknown reason in San Francisco. The driver hit him near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found the 30-year-old man left lying on the ground. He sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the victim to a hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded patient and his condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid to the man and fled the area. T Officers forced the intersection of 19th Avenue and Junipero Serra to close following the collision.
