2 Badly Hurt After Collision on State Route 79 Friday
San Jacinto, CA (December 24, 2021) – Two people suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route 79, also known as Gilman Springs Road.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a solo-vehicle drifted off the roadway for an unknown reason. CHP logged the incident Friday at about 12:46 p.m.

When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found two parties trapped in the disabled car. Our sources indicated the victims were both unconscious but breathing. Paramedics attended to the two parties, then transported them to hospitals for treatment. The names of the victims and their conditions at this time have not been revealed thus far.
Investigators continue to work to determine the precise cause of the car accident on State Route 79 in San Jacinto.
