4 Injured in Crash at 2nd Street and San Jacinto Avenue
SAN JACINTO, CA (June 3, 2022) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash at 2nd Street and San Jacinto Avenue in San Jacinto.
The Riverside County Fire Department first logged the incident on Friday evening. Officers reported the collision at about 7:54 p.m.
The accident happened when a van and a passenger vehicle collided for an unknown reason in San Jacinto. The two crashed at the intersection of East 2nd Street and South San Jacinto Avenue.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found 11 people involved in the collision. A total of four individuals ended up hurt as a result of the incident.
Medical personnel then took the patients to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of 2nd Street and San Jacinto Avenue to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
