Pedestrian Killed in San Jacinto Crash at Soboba Road and State Street
SAN JACINTO, CA (October 15, 2022) – A crash killed a pedestrian at Soboba Road and State Street in San Jacinto.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the tragic accident took place early Saturday. Officers reported the collision at about 3:37 a.m.
CHP said a vehicle struck the pedestrian for an unknown reason in the city of San Jacinto. The driver hit the person at the intersection of Soboba Road and State Street.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Golden Era Golf Course. They then found the victim down on the ground.
Medical personnel pronounced the patient dead as a result of the collision.. The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the motorist stopped or stayed at the site following the accident. Officers forced the area of Soboba Road and State Street to shut down for a time after the incident.
The cause of the fatal San Jacinto pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
