Major Injury Collision on Golden State Highway Thursday
San Joaquin, CA (June 17, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on State Route 99, also known as Golden State Highway, Thursday afternoon.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a car crash took place in the southbound side of the highway at Harney Lane onramp. When emergency teams arrived at the site, they found a vehicle slammed into the center divider of the freeway.
CHP logged the incident at about 4:05 p.m.

According to the dispatch, at least one person suffered major injuries as a result of the wreck. No immediate information was available on the injured party.
