Two Vehicles Had Passengers with Minor Injuries
SAN JOSE, Calif. (July 19, 2024) — A multi-vehicle car accident happened Friday afternoon on State Route 87 in San Jose California, near Julian Street off ramp.
The traffic accident occurred at around 12:27PM on Friday July 19th 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A large grey work pick up truck, a green work truck, a white truck and one other unknown vehicle all collided on State Route 87. The green work truck in lane one and two was leaking orange fluid. The passengers in the white truck was in shock because of the accident and declined help from the ambulance. It is unknown at this time if the vehicle is drivable, and it is in the center divide.
The traffic accident became a traffic hazard in the number one lane of the highway. In addition, two vehicles were reported to have minor injuries. Tow trucks were needed on the scene to remove the damaged vehicles from the highway. Paramedics responded and located those with injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the San Jose Accident on State Route 87 Highway.
