
3-Vehicle Collision on I-280 in San Jose
SAN JOSE, Calif. (August 1, 2023) — A multi-vehicle San Jose car accident happened Tuesday afternoon on the northbound Interstate 280 Freeway at the Race Street off ramp.
The California Highway Patrol reported the crash at 2:17 p.m. on August 1st. The drivers of a blue Subaru, a silver Kia and a green Nissan were involved in the crash resulting due to unknown circumstances.
The Nissan had right rear damage and the Subaru had moderate front-end damage from the crash and tow trucks responded to remove them.
Meanwhile, at least one person had complaints of pain and required paramedics. It’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized or treated only at the scene.
Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the San Jose car accident on the 280 Freeway.
