Man Injured in Pedestrian Accident in San Jose
SAN JOSE, Calif. (Sept. 26, 2024) — A pedestrian was struck by a struck that then crashed into a home Wednesday night at Foothill Drive and Coleman Road in San Jose.
The driver reportedly struck the man at around 9 p.m. on Sept. 25th, according to an NBC News report.
Police responded to the scene and located the man with non-life threatening injuries. Paramedics transported the person to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the driver stopped and cooperated with authorities and the traffic investigation.
The vehicle wound up in the side of the house, along with a stop sign it drug from the intersection.
Also, the home had significant damage from the collision, police said.
It’s unknown at this time what led to the pedestrian accident and crash into the home, but it remains under investigation.
