Personal Injury Lawyer
It is evident that the driver of the Honda Civic will be held fully responsible for causing the incident that led to the injuries of the young bicyclists involved. Leaving the scene following a crash is a serious crime and punishable by law especially if the collision hurt other innocent individuals.
In this case, the family members of the girl and the boy will have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party who has evidently neglected the safety of others on the road. Victims of hit-and-run crashes will be entitled to a compensation for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
