2 Killed, 2 Injured in Traffic Collision Near Archbishop Mitty High School Monday
San Jose, CA (April 26, 2021) – Two people died, and two others suffered injuries following a car crash in the area of Lawrence Expressway and Mitty Way.
The KTVU News reported a the collision happened at approximately 10 p.m. Monday.
Preliminary investigation revealed on-duty deputies attempted to pull over a vehicle near the Archbishop Mitty High School. It remained unclear why the officers called out the motorist.
Per article published online, the driver refused to stop. The unidentified suspect fled the scene at a high rate of speed. At the intersection of Lawrence Expressway and Mitty Way, the suspect collided with an innocent motorist.

Our sources later confirmed the collision resulted in fatal injuries to two parties. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the names of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Authorities added two other people sustained injuries from the wreck. Additional details on the injured victims have not been revealed thus far.
At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate several factors surrounding the deadly car crash at Lawrence Expressway and Mitty Way.
