1 Killed in Traffic Collision on Highway 87 Sunday
San Jose, CA (May 30, 2021) – One person died, and another suffered injuries following a car crash on Highway 87 early Sunday morning.
The KRON4 reported a vehicle went off the roadway for an unknown reason along northbound Highway 87. Per article published online, the crash took place near the Mineta San Jose International Airport, just before the Highway 101 interchange.

Shortly after 6 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location and found two parties involved in the wreck. Our sources indicated one person sadly died as a result of the collision. Authorities continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, responding police officers reportedly arrested the other person found at the scene. The charges against the suspect remained unknown at this time.
