Spectator Hit and Injured by Car During Sideshow at Mabury and Lanfest Road Sunday
San Jose, CA (September 6, 2021) – At least person suffered injuries following a hit-and-run crash that occurred in the area of Mabury and Lanfest Road over the Labor Day weekend.
According to KTVU News, a crowded sideshow took place at 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of Mabury and Lanfest Road. Primary reports indicated multiple cars performed donuts; and passengers hanged out of the windows.
Preliminary investigation revealed a car hit a spectator while performing tricks. After the collision, the driver apparently drove away and left the victim lying on the ground.
Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to the injured spectator. Pending confirmation, the name of the victim and the extent of their injuries have not been revealed thus far.

At this time, detectives handling the case continue to identify and locate the suspect. Further investigation on the hit-and-run crash at Mabury and Lanfest Road is ongoing.
