Motorcyclist Injured in San Jose Crash on Southbound Highway 85 Tuesday
SAN JOSE (April 16, 2019) – A motorcyclist was injured after a traffic collision with a car along Highway 85 Tuesday afternoon.
A California Highway Patrol dispatch said a motorcycle collided with the rear of a gray Subaru Outback on southbound Highway 85 near Blossom Hill Road on-ramp.
Paramedics responded to the scene and found both the rider and the bike on the right hand shoulder as a result of the crash. The accident was reported at about 4:54 p.m.

The motorcyclist, whose name was not disclosed, was given treatment for minor injuries that they sustained in the wreck. It was not specified in the report if the patient was taken to the hospital for further aid.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Subaru Outback stopped in the center divider after the incident and cooperated with the officials.
Authorities are still gathering more information and evidence to determine the cause of the collision.
